Production Time

Standard Production time is 5-8 working days after proof approval for catalog items in catalog quantities, except for offset printing which can run 8-12 working days.

For customs, rushes and larger than catalog quantity, please call factory for best production time. Rush charges to be priced individually when applicable.

Drop Shipment

$12.00 (G) per each drop ship location on same day. This price is based on standard quantity per shipping carton. Call factory for unique drop shipping quantities and individual shipment guidelines and pricing.


Standard packaging is bulk in master cartons. Box orders after certain size and quantity will be shipped flat on skids.

Payment Terms

1% 10/net 30. Past due charge of 1% per month is applied. VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted. Effective July 1st 2020 all credit card purchases will include a 3.5% processing fee. Discounts are not available on credit card payments or pre-payments. Postage or individual shipment freight must be prepaid.


+/-5%. As all items are made to order, exact quantity requests, add 15% to total cost of order.


All items at The Chest are made to order. Due to this, merchandise is not eligible for return credit.


Projects may be fulfilled and distributed from our factory. Orders may be drop shipped or individual shipped. All shipping is from factory in Washington, Missouri, which is central shipping point for all national programs.

The Chest recommends foam trays for all glass/breakable items. Corrugate trays are not recommended for breakable products. Shred is available in black, red, white and kraft for a economical filler for non-breakable items.

Submitted products require packing slips to confirm quantity received. Should packages not contain items as represented on the packing slip or have damaged/defective products, The Chest will not have final counts until the completion of your assembled order.

All inserts are required five days prior to shipment. Pricing is based on products being submitted ready for insertion. Any unpacking or special handling can result in additional labor costs.

Customer Submitted Merchandise

All customer supplied merchandise must be received at factory 5 days prior to ship date. Cartons are required to have distributor name and purchase order on outside. Merchandise must be submitted to factory ready for insertion. Any folding, removing from packaging, collating or handling incurs additional labor and will be quoted. Any overage on customer submitted merchandise will be shipped directly to distributor upon completion of order unless otherwise specified. If the number of inserts are less than the quantity of products ordered, the additional boxes, cans, labels, etc. will be invoiced.

Custom Dies

Custom dies are kept on file for three years after orders are produced, and will be destroyed after that time. Dies can be returned upon distributor request.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled could incur a $40.00 fee in addition to any other completed steps based off when an order is cancelled.
